Requirements
Our requirements for applicants are as follows:
- Applications must be legible
- Your gross monthly income must equal approximately three times or more the monthly rent
- If you do not meet this requirement, you’ll need a cosigner who must also fill out the Rental Application
- A favorable credit history
- Good references, housekeeping, and property maintenance from your previous landlords
- Compensating factors can include additional requirements such as rent paid in advance if fall short of above criteria
- Tenants must acquire and maintain a Renter’s Insurance policy
All units are offered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, or familial status.
Absolutely no kind of smoking is allowed on any of our properties.

Find the unit you would like to rent by visiting our Rentals page and then download and fill out our Rental Application.
Note: You are required to mail the application along with a $25 check and a copy of a valid photo ID. Follow the directions on the application.
